What we do

Games made for sport, built to be played daily.

Crowd Legends is our daily-play sports game format. We create it around your sport, deploy it where your fans already are, and run it with you after launch.

532 Design: daily play experiences for sport

Create, deploy, operate

One proven daily-play format, built for your audience, deployed where they already are, and run with you after launch.

Create

The game itself, shaped around your sport and your audience.

Game design
Daily-play formats built around the rhythm of a season, not a one-off campaign.
Editorial concepts
Daily challenges themed around your own coverage, settled on real records rather than invented ratings.
Tailored sports experiences
Adapted to your sport, competition and audience, from a format that already works.
Branded creative
Art, identity and in-game presentation that read as part of your product rather than something borrowed.

Deploy

Two principal deployments, and the channels each one reaches fans through.

Embedded Instant Play

A browser game inside the platform you already run.

Where it reaches fans

Your own site and apps

Browser build

The default route: an iframe in a site or app you already own.
YouTube Playables

Browser build

One tap from the football content fans came for, inside YouTube itself.

Native Mobile

A game of your own on iOS and Android.

Where it reaches fans

The App Store and Google Play

Native app

Where a game of your own ships, under your branding or ours.
Smart TV and connected devices

Native TV app

A 4K landscape build, designed for the living room.

Operate and commercialise

What happens after launch, and who keeps it moving with the season.

Live content and editorial updates
We write and schedule the daily questions with you, week by week, through the season.
Analytics and retention support
See how your audience responds and what brings them back, with live ops tools you run yourself.
Sponsorship integration
Placements designed into the game itself and run through the season, rather than a banner bolted on top of it.
Branded campaigns
We build the activations, live event experiences and competitions, and operate them around your fixtures.

We build it, launch it, and keep running it with you.

A daily game is not a delivery. It needs a new challenge every week of the season, and someone to write them, watch how the audience responds and change what is not working.

That is the part we carry on doing after launch.

How it fits into your platform

Four steps, from what you run today to something your audience opens tomorrow.

  1. Your platform

Start from the website, app or service you already run, and the audience already using it.

  2. Choose a deployment

Embedded Instant Play inside what you run, or Native Mobile as a game of your own.

  3. Your branding and content

Adapted to your sport, your competition and your identity, so it reads as part of your product.

  4. Live operation

New challenges through the season, analytics on how the audience responds, and changes you can make yourself.

Embedding
An iframe in a site or app you already own.
Player accounts
We provide account management, or the game can work with the login system you already run.
Leaderboards
Competition and ranking come as part of the build rather than as something you assemble.
Analytics
Reporting on how your audience plays and what brings them back.
Content updates
An agreed number of new challenge releases each year, written into the deal.

What a partner gets

Daily play creates daily retention. What that is worth depends on what you need it to do.

  • Fans who return every day
  • A reason to open your app between fixtures
  • Somewhere new for sponsors to sit
  • Your branding, not ours
  • Live inside what you already run
  • Quick to launch, light to maintain

Commercial options on either deployment

Sponsorship

A returning audience, in a branded environment, on the days when nothing else is happening. That is a place for a sponsor that did not exist before.

Branded campaigns

Activations and competitions built around a moment, a fixture or a season, using the format that already holds your audience rather than a one-off build.

Engagement-first

Crowd Legends can run engagement-first, where the objective is participation, retention and repeat visits rather than direct revenue. That suits a platform measured on how long an audience stays rather than on what it spends.

Flexible commercial models

  1. Build

An edition of the format shaped around your sport, your competition, your audience and the way your brand already looks and sounds.

  2. Operate

Keeping it live and worth returning to through the season, with new content and the changes that come from watching how your audience actually plays.

  3. Commercialise

Where it fits, sponsorship, advertising, subscription or in-game revenue. Which of these apply, and whether any of them do, depends on the partnership.

Every partnership is different. The right model follows the deployment you choose, what you want the audience to do, and the value the game is there to create.

Built for every sport, and every screen

Football launched first. The format is designed to travel, and these are the sports it is designed for from the ground up.

On Smart TV

The same format runs on Smart TV as a native TV app, built from the same base as the mobile game. Smart TV platforms are opening games portals of their own, which makes the living room one more place a partner already has an audience.

YouTube

One more place Embedded Instant Play can run.

Fans go there for highlights, analysis and the moments they missed. Playables is a route for Embedded Instant Play that puts a game in the same place, one tap from the content they came for, with nothing to download.

532 Design is a selected closed-beta publisher for YouTube Playables, so we can build there for partners while the programme is still closed.

Tens of millions of plays
Individual titles on Playables carry publicly listed play counts in the tens of millions.
130+ games
The catalogue passed 130 titles across trivia, action and sports by December 2024.
Selected markets
Available in a growing list of countries including the US and UK, on desktop and mobile.
